Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Change and Release analyst with knowledge of Release Management and Change Management methodologies and processes in order to benefit the business whilst driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Salary: £34,200 rising to £36,000 per annum after successful completion of probationary period
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

The ideal candidate will be customer focused with the ability to break down issues, develop plans and coordinate activities to ensure successful delivery of IT Services. You will be an excellent communicator, build relationships easily and champion the Services offered centrally.
Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating releases, communication strategies, and responsible for the Change Management process and chairing Change Advisory Boards. You will develop processes for managing environments and ensuring they are fit for purpose.
