They are particularly interested in DevOps Engineers / Dev-ops Engineers that have experience around a Microsoft stack with an Azure / on-premise hybrid infrastructure where containerisation options and tooling is less mature than Java. They are also very keen on DevOps/Dev-ops Engineers that have experience with Hashicorp products such as: Vagrant, Packer, Terraform, Consul, Noman and Atlas as they see this stack as a good route for them to automate provisioning and continuous delivery.
