A 1st Line Microsoft Support Engineer is required by a pioneering Mobile Telecommunications organisation.
The 1st Line MS Support Engineer will support the organisation by being responsible for managing access to systems and carrying out initial triage of access issues through to successful resolution. The role will cover managing daily requests and support issues, escalating where appropriate and prioritising accordingly in line with agreed SLAs.
The 1st Line MS Support Engineer will also maintain the mobile and hardware inventory for the business including PO creation as required.
Candidates will have previous 1st line support MS desktop support experience ideally gained within a similar environment. You will ideally hold a MS related certification and have experience in supporting Windows 7 & Windows 8 operating systems and have intermediate knowledge of Office 365.
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to support a wide range of users, an analytical mind set that enables comprehension and resolution of complex business and technical issues.
