IT Training Manager
Salary: £32,185 - £40,288 per annum
Location: SPS College (Polmont)
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Scottish Prison Service as we recruit for an IT Training Manager to support the development and delivery of IT training for all levels in the organisation.
The post holder will work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation and beyond, to support the delivery of a new digital strategy underpinned by the principles of blended learning. As IT Training Manager, you will oversee guidance, demonstrations and training provided to staff on the use of the digital technologies required in teaching, learning and assessment. Working closely with Learning and Development Managers and Theme Leads, you will create engaging online materials, courses and programmes. Throughout your time in post, you will participate in ongoing research into the digital landscape, developments, and training practices.
Whilst you will be based at the Scottish Prison Service College, this role is open to hybrid working, allowing you to split your time between office working, and working at home, subject to business and operational requirements being met.
