Database User Management – establish the needs and training requirements of end-users. Manage and monitor appropriate permissions and access levels and ensure data security and integrity. Provide ongoing training and support to approved users, where required.
Research – support the Development Director and Alumni Relations Manager in identifying donor prospects, mentors, speakers, case studies etc and generating guest profiles for events and fundraising purposes.
Reporting and Analytics – produce accurate data, reports and performance metrics to aid in event planning, audience profiling and donor, campaign and event analysis.
Financial Reconciliation – support Development Director in gift processing through recording and tracking donations, and reconciling with Finance Department.
Data Privacy Compliance –implement a robust process to ensure Data Protection Law 2018, UK GDPR and PECR regulations are adhered to with regard to all stored data and bulk data migrations.

Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced User Acceptance Tester to join our growing Digital Services Team.
Over a million people access information and services on the Natural Resources Wales website every year. These include helping businesses comply with environmental regulations to protect the Welsh environment and helping house holders understand their flood risk and prepare for flooding. It’s also an important platform for other public bodies and used by policy makers to access the evidence they need to help make decisions. And much more in-between!
Working in a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with developers, testers and users of the NRW website and Content Management System. You will review and test applications to make sure developments work as expected and meet standards, such as accessibility.

You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the following:
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand technical & business requirements to identify test data requirements and produce test conditions, scenarios and scripts in preparation and execution of a full range of testing including; functional, Integration and Regression activities across multiple teams.
Ability to create and maintain test documentation: e.g. test plans, TTRM, Test Exit reports, Test estimate schedules, and contribute to overall project test plans. Operate the agreed defect life cycle, ensuring defects are assigned to the relevant party, accepted for re-test, re-tested and approved.
Sound understanding of structured test models (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, V- Model), and the ability to work within them appropriately, technical architectures. (Microsoft Cloud technology).

The analytics team s key objective is to provide timely and accurate insight to drive change across the operations. Working with different key stakeholders across the business, the analysts will provide reports and insight to support continuous improvement and support the creation of sophisticated predictive models that enable the company to maximise profitability in line with business objectives. What will you be doing? Working with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop financial and economic models for planning and monitoring purposes. Create relevant, lucid and effective reports. Support research schedules using appropriate analytical processes and procedures. Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed. Support colleagues with data mining and writing computer codes. Interpret and apply knowledge of laws, regulations and policies in area of expertise. Perform costing, budgeting and finance tasks Analyse data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making. Acquire, organise, protect and process data to fulfill business objectives. Plan, organise, prioritise and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives. Develop, monitor, interpret and understand policies and procedures, while making sure they match organisational strategies and objectives. What we are looking for? Advanced Excel experience essential They need to be able to identify Patterns and Trends, Data Extraction as well as drive operational & optimisation improvements to reduce fraud. Data Manipulation Ability to incorporate data into different systems Experience of interfacing with commercial teams. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. Ability to operate in a demand led, rapid change environment. 1st Line Support Technician My client, a Manufacturing Company are looking to welcome a 1st Line Support Technician to their close-knit IT Team! Covering first line duties you will be looking after the staff within the company assisting with any hardware issues, technical issues and looking after the warehouses handheld devices, printers, label printers and scanners. Daily Responsibilities: Promptly resolving IT support tickets, encompassing tasks such as Managing network user accounts and group policies. Handling antivirus software and ensuring compliance with Acceptable Use policies. Managing various access methods including Wireless, Remote, VPN, guest, and third-party. Maintaining Microsoft Office, Exchange 365, and Adobe Creative Cloud user accounts and licenses. Supporting business applications such as ERP and web solutions. Updating the assets register. Managing door identification cards and face recognition entry systems. Providing first-line support and assisting with Infrastructure tasks like backups, printers, terminals, and virtual server administration. Key Skills: Prior experience in an IT Support Desk setting.
