Senior Network Architect (Cisco)

I am working with a company that are pioneering a product for the Crypto world. An exciting venture based around digital asset derivatives, the company is growing at a rapid rate and are now looking to build a strong presence in the UK.

I am looking for a skilled Network engineer to work in a Linux environment as the business build their IT estate in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Projects from inception through to completion as well as being on a journey with the customer to release their product.

Key Skills

- Networking - Cisco

- Network design and implementation

- Experience with routing, encryption and switching technologies in data centres and corporate networks with a focus on Cisco and FS.

- Experience with configuring and managing resilient, low-latency switching environments is particularly welcome

- Practical experience with managing vendors and in proposing and evaluating new hardware and software solutions and their associated processes

- Previous working experience in an Exchange or HFT environment, or with PaaS or SaaS delivery
