IT Support Analyst
Calling all enthusiastic 1st Line Support Analyst who want to move to 2nd Line!
We are looking for a Service Desk / Support Analyst with basic 1st line support skills who are looking to grow their skills and take on 2nd line responsibility.
This role will provide 1st / 2nd line support to the 200+ staff primarily focusing on end user support services via the Helpdesk ticketing system, whilst also participating and contributing on various IT projects.
This will include
* Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
* Hands-on experience across Microsoft windows-based desktop / server environments, O365, Azure and mobile and Mac devices.
* Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
* Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals, face to face and via remote sessions.
* Build and install laptops, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones)
* Maintain installed laptops, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance
* Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
We need you to come to this role with basic 1st line troubleshooting skills, excellent user facing communication skills, and a hunger to learn.
This will include
* Good knowledge of system administration within a Windows based environment
* Strong knowledge of Office 365 end user applications (Email / Teams / OneDrive), including setup / configuration
* Strong knowledge of Azure / Office 365 Administration and usage.
* Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
* Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
This position is a mix of onsite and remote depending on business needs / rotas
