Job Profile Summary Join our learning team as a Learning Advisor, Competency Assurance, ensuring that our Production & Operation entity receive the required training and assessment to operate on our platforms. The role holder will gain a thorough understanding of BP's competence assurance process and knowledge of database management. You will maintain technician profiles, assessment data, generate meaningful monthly critical metrics, address questions and concerns from the front line and ensure conformance by working with key colleagues across bp. Job Advert About the role: Act as the focal point of contact for the business regarding competence and assurance for technicians e.g. CMAS (competency management assurance system) Serve as Regional Administrator of ICAN system for the whole of regions in the hemisphere Provide and maintain accurate reports of technician competence assessments Provide process support to the business where applicable e.g. audit, self-verification, incident investigation Reinforce any competence and assurance policies in region/sites About you: Highly organised with a business relevant Bachelor's degree or relevant industry operations or maintenance qualifications Experience in operations and/or maintenance combined with practical learning/training experience preferred Able to handle multiple stakeholders in multiple time zones Able to deal with ambiguity and balance the need of multiple stakeholders Demonstrated organising and coordination skills with a bias for delivery Demonstrated ability to influence and coach people at various organisation levels Familiar with Microsoft Power BI.
