The Company This is a brilliant opportunity for a Data Engineer to work with blue-chip clients on cutting-edge data science to deliver innovative data driven solutions. The Data Engineering Role The successful Data Engineer will work in a team alongside Data Scientists, Analysts and other Engineers. Day to day tasks could include assembling large, complex data sets to meet business requirements. The Data Engineer will have strong SQL and Python skills and previous experience working with APIs as well as designing and maintaining ETL pipelines that gather and transform data from different sources. Having the excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to aid the team in interpreting, understanding and delivering to client needs. The Data Engineer Requirements: The required skills for the role are: Security Clearance or ability to become Security Cleared is required (i.e. must have resided in the UK for 3+ years) Strong Python programming experience Advanced working knowledge of SQL Experience creating and building ETLs Experience with Cloud technologies including AWS, GCP Experience with Redshift is desirable In return, you will receive a salary of up to £65,000 D.O.E. as well as access to a generous benefits package.
