We are looking for an experienced Hardware Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of their hardware solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in defining product requirements, managing the development life-cycle, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products to their customers. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working 1-2 days in the office and the rest remotely. Key Responsibilities Define product strategy and road-map based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives. Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to translate product requirements into hardware specifications. Manage the development life-cycle, from concept to production, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and alignment throughout the product life-cycle. Qualifications and experience 5+ years of experience in hardware-based product manager roles. Strong background in firmware, embedded software, or electronics development life-cycle. Proven track record of successfully launching hardware products from concept to production. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. You will be responsible for ensuring the progression and swift resolution of calls logged with the Service Desk and delivering superior services in line with Service Level Agreements whilst managing client expectations.
