This role requires a dynamic and proactive person who is able to work well with the IT Team to Support 2000+ Users over a Multi-Site Operation. You must be technically able to Support Microsoft Office & Windows, as well as Troubleshoot Hardware & Network Connectivity & Issues.
Key Responsibilities of the role would include:
•Answer the IT Helpdesk Telephone & Log Requests into the Helpdesk System
•Give 1st Line Technical Support as required & Ensure Cases are Escalated to Correct Level
