DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
*Be the first point of contact for any printer issues
*Be able to manage the ticket system
*To be able to fix any printer issues e.g - paper jams, toner problems etc
*Monitoring paper levels in print hubs and keeping up to date with suppliers
*Providing pre and post print assistance
*Delivering excellent support and advice
You will be working with both the on-site help desk and the IT team on matters that require close attention to ensure the print service is in working order.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
*IT support skills is ideal (TCP/IP, Printers)
*Experience in MPS is desirable but not essential
*Excellent trouble shooting skills
*Customer friendly with excellent communication skills
*High standard of customer service skills
*Candidate needs to be adaptable with a 'can do' attitude
*Tenacious and willing to learn new skills
