End User Support Engineer - Windows/ Office365/ SSCM An End User Support Engineer is required by a leading organisation based in Tunbridge Wells, where you will be performing an integral role for desktop, computer software, network systems and end user training. The support function is the first line of help when customers encounter problems or defects with products and programs. You will have a combination of technical and interpersonal skills, with good judgement, clear communication skills and the ability help others. As the End User Support Engineer you will not only support and diagnose Desktop, Laptop and mobile problems, but will also be well versed in general IT practices. Having knowledge and skillsets in backend management platforms, such as SCCM & Intune would be an advantage. Additionally, as Cloud-based solutions and as Software as a Service become more prevalent, the EUC engineer should also be competent in supporting this, with skills in Office365 and the Microsoft Enterprise Applications portal being a good fit. The EUC Engineer will also need skills in managing voice platforms and an understanding of Security principles and policies are integral to all the above responsibilities. Along with excellent communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise colleagues, clients and customers at all levels, you will also have the following technical experience: - Office365 and Exchange online - Active Directory, Azure AD - SCCM - Device deployment and refresh (network patching etc.) - Desktop/ Mobility Endpoint security - Identities services and platforms - Voice technologies Send your CV now for consideration.
