The position is based at our Great Wenham Operational Hub, however some visits to our head office in Ipswich, will be a requirement of the job. What we're looking for in our Data Performance and Systems Coordinator: You should have a relevant Qualification at NVQ/HNC/degree or Equivalent knowledge gained through experience. Data and Performance go beyond reporting what has happened, you will be passionate about putting performance information into context, generating insights that will drive improvements. We require someone with a high level of skill in creating and interpreting data and performance analysis. This role is integral to developing our Housing Operations and DLO's (direct labour organisation) insight offer and delivering a more sophisticated analysis of the services being provided. You will deliver data products which ultimately support operational colleagues to deliver better services for our residents.
