Ideally the successful senior .NET developer will have financial services experience although a demonstrable history of picking up new, complex, terminology in any industry will be advantageous.

- Experience as a senior developer in a Microsoft .NET environment - C#, ASP.NET
- T-SQL / Oracle
- WPF / WCF
- Good knowledge of TDD (test driven development), Continuous Integration and Build Management, Design patterns
