lead financial advisory work for external and internal clients
raise, negotiate and close complex project finance structures including financial documentation (term sheets, funding agreements...etc)
prepare and negotiate bid documentation and risk allocation (including commercial contracts, such as shareholder agreements, concession agreements, D&B and O&M subcontracts) with industrial partners and governments
review project documentation and due diligence materials to identify potential risks and value drivers
engage and lead due diligence advisors (legal, technical, tax & accounting)
prepare internal credit papers for equity and debt approvals.
to be successful in this role, you will have 3-5 years+ project finance/concession experience in a comparable organisation with detailed knowledge of project finance markets, principles of financial analysis and valuation and knowledge of project finance modelling. In addition, you will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Law or Engineering, and excellent pre-university academic results. It is essential that you are fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English with strong general communication style and in addition, relationship building skills.
