This Project Manager would be expected to handle anywhere between 5-7 projects at one time working with budgets of up to 1 Million combined which would be expected to add multi-millions in value to the company. Many of the current projects are around technology solutions covering multiple geographical locations across various business streams both Insurance and banking.
On a day to day basis this Project Manager would be responsible for the following:
* Management of Multiple Projects covering both IT and Business Transformation or Business Strategy process change across multiple disciplines covering Insurance and Banking technology across multiple regions.
* Implement a level of governance to all projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with various senior stakeholders' expectations.
* Engage with various 3rd party Vendors in relation to IT projects and managing resources hired in from 3rd party vendors for IT Infrastructure projects.
* Evaluate business and process flows across various business related projects.
* Update the Senior Management board on all projects using industry leading project management tracking tools and ensuring all projects are being delivered on time and within budget.
* Evaluating Risk associates with all projects and ensuring there is a framework to deal with those risks. This role is unique in the fact that you will be very hands on as a project manager and working with a high degree of autonomy where you will be expected to "drive the business forward and take the role by the scruff of the neck".
