Your Objectives: Develop and analyse our customer data - we have over 100,000 customers so you'll be used to working with large data sets in a data-driven environment Developing and implementing data analysis, data collection systems and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality Analysing marketing and customer engagement campaigns to recommend improvements or new campaigns Perform detailed analysis to define and evaluate requirements and turn ambiguous data/reporting requirements into concrete improvement activities Working closely with the BI Development team, be involved in the design of our Power BI reporting for regular reports to the business Key Skills and Experience: A high standard of knowledge and experience with: Common querying & programming languages such as SQL, Python or R. Data visualization skills are also desirable in Power BI Strong understanding of report writing and technical requirements analysis. Understanding and / or experience of customer insight. The capability of taking business information and gaining insight through analytical techniques, then delivering that insight to the business. Able to grow and maintain strong business relationships with senior stakeholders and executives.
