We are working with bespoke shirtmaker who are looking to increase their IT function and take on a 1st Line Support Specialist, This would be working with a compact IT Support Team and will be looking to manage all 1st line IT Support Calls.

Role Overview
As a 1st Line Support Specialist you will be working within a compact IT Support Team and managing all 1st Line IT Support calls. This can include dealing with IT Incidents and Requests via email or telephone, direct and escalate calls or emails to 2nd/3rd line when required. Maintain IT Service Desk Support call logging system and assisting 2nd line support when requested. This role is a fantastic way of joining a small but busy IT team and working your way up within the company.

There may be some travel required with this role and this will be depending on need to support, however, you will only be supporting the UK sites and there will be no need for international travel.

Salary: Circa £25k
