This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Product Manager to bring proven technology and agile project management skills and play a key role in digital transformation within Shell Retail, working in a forward thinking and inclusive environment.
Where you fit in
You'll be part of Shell's Downstream Retail IT, working within our Loyalty & Campaign team focussed on marketing, loyalty cards, and competency. Shell Retail is passionate about nurturing a digital first culture, an approach you'll be at the heart of, leading IT solutions that drive business value and performance.
It's the perfect chance to play a significant part in Shell Retail's digital transformation over the next few years, working on cutting-edge technology projects that consist of real time marketing, mobile interaction, customer communication and other exciting digital initiatives.
What's the role?
As Digital Product Manager you'll be leading from the front, harnessing your creative expertise and technology experience to make sure Downstream Retail IT gets the very best out of its Adobe products.
Working collaboratively with project teams, you'll be focussing on high profile projects that are integral to Shell's business success. In practice that means you'll be managing Adobe products from concept to design. We're talking: testing, forecasts, budgets, production, promotion, support, and, finally, product end of life.
The challenge will be managing new, state of the art, and often unproven, technologies. Using your strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to learn fast on the job, and confidently navigate changing scope and priorities in an ever-evolving environment.
It's your excellent communication skills that will really make the difference. From managing colleagues to understanding customers, you'll quickly nurture strong, often virtual, relationships, across both internal and external IT and business stakeholders.
