The successful Drupal Developer will work across a broad range of digital campaigns for some fantastic clients, focusing on website development which is optimised across multiple browsers and platforms.
The experience we need.
• Advanced knowledge of Drupal, PHP and MySQL.
• HTML5 and CSS3 coding skills, along with experience of Ajax, JQuery and Javascript.
• Experience developing and testing responsive websites.
• Source control experience (Git or Subversion).
• Strategic and technical understanding of UX and SEO and the ability to consider this throughout development work.

You will be joining a digital team that works on creative digital solutions for a range of clients. You will be responsible for PHP website and application development, such as WordPress, Drupal, Prestashop, Magento (which can all be taught on the job!) as well as participating in Back-End development tasks and providing services in the full software development life cycle, from concept, design to testing.
My client is looking specifically for a Developer who can manage back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.
Responsibilities:
* Work with the web designers to provide technical solutions to design problems
* Server management - operating and auditing our server environments
* Work with the account managers to deliver accurate project timescales
* Develop all server-side logic and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end
* Integrate the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application
* Develop structured and commented code, while adhering to best practices
* Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
* Integration of data storage solutions {{may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.}}
Skills And Expertise
* Strong PHP experience, in a fast-paced environment, preferably in an Apple environment
* Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (ideally Laravel, Yii, etc depending on your technology stack)
* Experience in Front-End skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, SASS, responsive web design, JSON, XML).
* Knowledge of Web services such as SOAP and RESTful
* Experience in version control and continuous integration systems
* Practical solutions using MVC design patterns
