As a team effort you’ll be creating new mobile app interfaces, implementing custom UI controls, and fixing bugs in existing software – so you can work across every part of the process involved in creating apps for use with all kinds of music technology, from guitar pedals to mixing consoles to synths to massive sound systems.

It’s a really important element for the team, and it also means this role should feel like more than ‘just a job’ for you.
Here are the kinds of skills I’m looking for – you don’t need to be an expert in ALL of them, but the more the better!
- Familiarity with music tech of any kind – mixing consoles, amps, speakers, synths, guitar pedals, DAWs…anything!
- Experience creating user interfaces
- Knowledge of iOS storyboards and auto layout
- Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns
- Objective C and Swift
- JUCE
- Android or Java programming
- 3D programming / OpenGL
- PaintCode, Illustrator, Flash
- CSS HTML5
