Knowledge & Experience Demonstrable experience as a Technical Lead or a similar role Demonstratable of both wide and deep technical knowledge Experience working in a fast paced agile environment Experience of agile project management principles and tooling Solid experience of the Software Development Life Cycle and modern DevOps principles including the trade offs between different approaches Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences at all levels throughout the organisation Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. Awareness of conceptual, physical and logical data modelling to aid in discussions with both technical and non-technical users Solid experience of the concepts and practices of relational database management systems Solid experience of API driven development Solid experience of integrations, integration design patterns and delivery using cloud native tooling Experience of Terraform or other similar infrastructure as code tooling Solid experience in technical leadership roles Key Technologies: AWS Cloud, EC2, RDS (MySQL), S3, Kinesis, Redshift, API Gateway, PHP, Spring Boot, Java, Terraform, Git, JSON, Postman.
