MBP Solutions is experiencing a period of exciting growth, and we’re moving our ERP system to Business Central. This has created an opportunity for an ERP Administrator, ideally with Business Central experience, to work on our digitisation projects and provide helpdesk support for our growing international business. This role will provide 1st and 2nd line support to the business, as well as working closely with our gold partners to manage any escalated 3rd line support tickets and follow these through to completion. Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or previous Navision versions. Change management is a key aspect of the role, and the successful candidate will work with the business and process owners to define requirements, functional test and assist with any acceptance testing. Business Central is our core business system, and this role will be involved with a range of integration projects with third party applications as well as workflow/process development.

Your main tasks will be:
Business Central/Continia/Jet helpdesk function – dealing with internal queries relating to system use and potential bugs, escalating to gold partners when needed.
Working with the business to create functional requirements and user
Functional testing of enhancements completed by gold
Ensure that data owners are following best practice with regular reporting to highlight
Manage our master data and deal with requests for changes
Create training documents for administrative processes and system
Complete the onboarding/offboarding and training of new
Manage and maintain security roles and
Ensure preparedness for Microsoft updates, evaluate how this may affect MBP and provide a summary of key points and actions. Take actions as direction and prepare communications to wider company on changes or updates.
Review and analyse the current state of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging existing
Write news articles relating to Business Central and be the champion of the product.
We are looking for someone with the following essential experience or qualifications (please only apply if you can demonstrate your experience, by providing on the job or education examples):
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant IT
As a minimum, two years of experience configuring, maintaining, documenting and supporting a company’s ERP, with a preference for working experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV. Knowledge of other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle will also be
General understanding of accounting and operations processes with logistics and sales process experience an
Knowledge of data management such as importing from spreadsheets and using data
Understanding of relational databases.

3rd Line Support Engineer / Third Line Support Engineer Location: Witney Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum Exciting opportunity for a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join an established wealth management and financial services company. This role involves providing high-level technical support, maintaining a strong customer focus, and contributing to the development and implementation of IT infrastructure. This will be a varied role working as part of small IT Team in which you will work on wide range of IT Systems and Infrastructure, alongside day-to-day operational tasks you will be heavily involved IT Projects. Day to Day of the role: Configure and deploy infrastructure items including servers, networks, and IT peripherals. Monitor and manage IT systems to maximise performance and uptime. Serve as an effective point of contact for internal IT issues, resolving or referring to third parties as appropriate. Provide escalation support to the Helpdesk Team and cover for 1st/2nd line support. Identify areas for improvement in IT service and take responsibility for assigned IT projects. Maintain high levels of cybersecurity awareness and proactively secure infrastructure and systems. Mentor and train other members of the IT team. Work closely with external IT specialists, consultants, and providers. Utilise all relevant IT facilities provided by the company within the guidelines set out by the IT Department. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience with VMWare and virtualisation. Proficiency in supporting and implementing Microsoft Server, VMWare, Microsoft SQL, and Citrix. Experience with Microsoft 365 including Email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication and networking (Firewalls, Switches, Patching, Wi-Fi). Experience with backup tools such as Veeam and supporting Domain Services including Active Directory and Group Policy. Ability to deliver major system upgrades and complete change control and project work. Excellent documentation skills and exceptional communication skills at all levels. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Willingness to undertake study and be self-motivated.
