About the role:
They are currently looking to recruit an IT Systems Manager to be responsible for supporting the ITS division in maintaining, developing and using IFS, the recently implemented ERP system, to its best possible potential and ensuring alignment with the divisions` strategic objectives. This will include working with key stakeholders to identify areas of potential development and managing the implementation of the changes from business case preparation, to scoping of the solution, testing, release and post implementation review. Key Responsibilities within this role will be:

As the company is a multibrand business the role will require significant stakeholder management skills as the MI team manages competing demand from a number of individual brands as well as supporting project demand relating to data extraction and provision.
Knowledge / Background / Experience:
An experienced technical leader with a track record of delivering effective analytical and data warehousing platforms.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate the following commercial and business leadership:
• Management of complex demand profile with multiple stakeholders across a distributed, global, multi-brand organisation
• Experience of working in a fast paced organisation which is results driven where strategic intent and direction needs to be balanced with early delivery
• Experience of working with a team of solution architects taking responsibility for data processing, data management, master data and reference data architecture and analytical solution design
The candidate is expected to have the following technical knowledge and experience:
• Enterprise Warehouse design and implementation
• Data modelling and warehouse design for relational and NoSQL reporting platforms
• Data warehousing architecture and design across all aspects of an Enterprise data management platform:
o Extract Transform and Load process design and delivery using a broad range of solutions (Ab-Initio, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage)
o Reporting tool configuration and setup ( Business Objects, Cognos, MicroStrategy)
o Experience of supporting and delivering services using database marketing technologies ( Faststats, Exact Target, Adobe )
o Good knowledge and exposure to NoSQL technologies and open source data analytics tools ( Hadoop, Mongo, BigTable, Pentaho, Talend)
o Experience of working with statistical analysis technologies and / or data mining technologies ( SAS, SPSS etc)
o Detailed knowledge of SQL
• Experience of designing solutions for integrating unstructured data such as clickstream and analytics data from solutions such as Qubit and Google Analytics and integrating this with more structured transactional data
• Database architecture and configuration (SQLServer / Oracle) and experience of delivering an Enterprise warehouse design end to end using relational and non-relational models
• Experience of designing solutions for open source analytical architecture ( NoSQL, Cloud, Complex Event Processing)
• Designing and implementing data warehousing and analytical solutions using cloud based delivery platforms, such as AWS or Openstack, including scripting and automation of the development and release process
• Data warehouse migration and consolidation design
• Reference Data architecture, data quality management and data governance processes
