Are you an experienced customer facing Business/Systems Analyst? Do you have a background working with Asset Management applications within Social Housing, with a specific grasp of Capital works? We a specialist supplier of ICT resource to the public sector, local authority & social housing sectors and are currently recruiting for a hands-on IT Business Partner /Business Analyst for one of the major professional services suppliers to their market - an established, respected and progressive organisation who are committed to employee development and experiencing rapid growth.
The main purpose of this role will be to act as conduit between IT department and the business or third party suppliers, whilst working to improve these channels at all times. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mobilising new contracts, improving, analysing & improving business processes, fault diagnosis & resolution, customer account & change management, systems implementation, integration, delivery & development, as well as assisting the implementation team on customer sites wherever necessary. It will also be necessary to attend management meetings, deliver training sessions and provide ad-hoc systems support. The successful applicant will be a confident communicator, analyst, negotiator and trainer and you will be able to understand & communicate customer requirements without needing to go into technical detail and have the ability convey information to customers without

Essential Criteria
- A successful commercial track record as an IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant or Systems Analyst
- Experience of working in a customer facing capacity
- Some experience in project management/coordination, testing & training
- Experience of working with Social Housing IT business processes, specifically covering Asset Management and Capital Works
- Experience working with Asset Management Software specific to the Social Housing market (Such as one of Civica's Keystone Asset Management, In4Systems Promaster, PIMSS, Technology Forge, Northgate Codeman, Apex, Manhattan/Atrium Asset Management, ECMK Integrator, Real RAM4000 Asset Management, or similar)
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of working for commercial IT enterprises such as software vendors, IT consultancy, or IT outsourcing organisations
- Experience in writing freehand SQL scripts in order to interrogate data sets or have expertise in MS Excel

Software Trainer (Recruitment Consultant)
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
Key Skills
* Ideally a Software Trainer/Instructor from a recruitment background
* More than 2 years commercial background as a Software Trainer in delivering training on
enterprise software applications such as HR, Finance, Recruitment, Legal, SAP, ERP, CRM or
similar.
* A good level of technical understanding with the ability to discuss IT technical issues with
regards to the installation and operation of enterprise software applications.
* Ability to travel with some over night stay in hotels
* A full driving license is also required.

You will be involved in all activities within the Training Department which includes client training on the company's recruitment software on-site and at head office, internal training, production of training materials, software testing, implementation consultancy and operational support.

Our client is a multi-award-winning software development company based in Leicester. They create software that provides practical solutions to real business problems – helping businesses to reduce their environmental impact, cut costs and bad debt, and improve cash flow.
The right candidate will be responsible for the creation and development of training materials, to effectively deliver engaging and effective knowledge transfer and training of the products, to both internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities
• Development and delivery of technical training courses and material regarding our products and services.
• Development and delivery of masterclasses (specific functionality or processes of the software).
• Creating PowerPoint presentations, written documentation and release notes.
• Maintaining product help files.
• Working with the support and development teams to produce knowledge based articles (KBA’s), wiki content and knowledge sharing.
• Perform internal training post-release of software, in particular taking knowledge of the release from the business analyst and train the support staff and implementation consultants.
• Present internal show cases on new software releases to internal staff such as sales, admin and support.
• Building and presenting videos on overviews or particular aspects of the software.
• Become a product expert and help internal departments on areas where they have a lack of knowledge.
• Assist marketing prior to launch on the new functionality or changes in the product.
• Maintain demo kits that are shipped with the products.
Candidate Profile
1. Previous experience of technical training.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Technically competent with the ability to deliver complex software to an audience of differing skill levels.
4. Client and commercially aware.
5. Self-motivated, detail orientated person and a good team player.
6. Technical understanding of business/accounting software (an advantage).
7. Enjoy the challenge of working with an award-winning team
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Full time. Monday to Friday 9 – 5:30. Occasional requirements to work away.
