SUPPORT ENGINEER / HELPDESK SUPPORT ENGINEER
£23,000 Basic + 5% Pension + BUPA Healthcare + 33 Days Holiday + Free Parking + Excellent Benefits
Our Client is looking for a 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Advisor to join their expanding Helpdesk Support Teams within their UK Head Office Operation
This role requires a dynamic and proactive person who is able to work well with the IT Team to Support 2000+ Users over a Multi-Site Operation. You must be technically able to Support Microsoft Office & Windows, as well as Troubleshoot Hardware & Network Connectivity & Issues.
Key Responsibilities of the role would include:
• Answer the IT Helpdesk Telephone & Log Requests into the Helpdesk System
• Give 1st Line Technical Support as required & Ensure Cases are Escalated to Correct Level
• Regularly Check, Action & Log Requests into the Helpdesk System for Cases Logged by Email, Web or Voicemail
• Assist Visitors to the IT Department
• Consistently provide Excellent Customer Service to both Internal & External Customers
Key Skills & Experience required:
• Commercial Network experience
• Knowledge of the MS Office
• Knowledge of MS Windows
• Experience of working on Helpdesks & Call Logging Tools
• Other relevant experience such as Citrix, Routers, Exchange, Active Directory
• Experience of WAN Networks
