IT Business Systems Analyst

IT Business Systems Analyst A Company based in Peterborough are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join them. The Company are a managed services provider who support companies all across the UK and are now looking to expand their Business Applications team with an additional analyst. The role will be working to support users on any on business applications Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, your role will be to maintain and support the business critical applications. This will include supporting user queries, diagnosing and supporting any faults that are brought to the team's attention, escalating any issues as necessary and taking part in any application upgrades where required. Experienced required: - Must have proven working experience with SQL database design and support - Previous experience in a DBA or Application support role - Working with reporting tools such as SSRS - Desirably have experience in application upgrades The role will be based in the company's Peterborough office.
