Helpdesk Analyst/1st line support- Manchester - Trafford Helpdesk Analyst, 1st line support, IT Support, Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Desktop Support Helpdesk Analyst/1st Line support Engineer required to join a rapidly expanding company in Trafford Park Manchester. In this role you, will act as a member of the IT team working alongside three other support specialists. You will also work with the wider IT team of ten. The job has arisen as the current incumbent is moving abroad, so they are keen to make a quick appointment. You will get involved in the busy helpdesk troubleshooting over 40 requests a day. This is a great chance for an outgoing and dynamic individual who is looking to keep busy and learn new technologies. There will also be the a chance to progress and develop your skills, leading to a more senior post over time. Candidate interested in applying should have experience in most of the following: ** Few years of commercial IT support experience **Windows server 2008 and above ** Active directory - setting up new users, password resets ** Networking knowledge on TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc. ** Windows Desktop Operating Systems, such as Windows 7/8, 32 & 64 bit ** Installation of new PC's/ laptops/ printers If you are keen to hear more about the position, please apply and call Lewis Black
