Delpdesk, 1st & 2nd line, MAC, Windows, SCCM Desktop Support / 1st Line & 2nd Line support. My client, an industry leading Media company based in Central London, is looking for a talented Desktop Engineer with strong technical and customer services skills. The successful candidate will have experience working across both MAC and Windows environments, must be comfortable working in a high pressured environment, and have the ability to deal with difficult and demanding customers.
