Job Description

As a IT Customer Support / Helpdesk Analyst within an innovative technology company and you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line technical desktop support. Experience of customer engagement with proven expectation management during high severity issues is required as well as managing incidents, requests and complex issues. Ideally your skills will include; - 1st / 2nd Line Support - Windows Operating Systems - Customer focused approach - Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel) - Previously worked with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems Full JD available upon application
