1st Line - IT Support - Helpdesk - Active Directory Premier IT are currently recruiting for company based near Winchester that are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer. The rate for this role is £15.00 per hour and then £23,000 per annum after the 3 month contract. The ideal candidate will have the following skill set: * Active Directory * Knowing when to escalate calls to 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. * Appropriate level experience of a busy 1st tier Service Desk operation. * Good application support experience with a proven ability to learn new and complex software applications. * Ability to work under pressure and deal with several problems simultaneously. * Demonstrable understanding of the ITIL Service Management framework and an appreciation of the complimentary quality standard ISO/IEC 20000. * 1st Line Support Experience If you think that you would be suitable for this role please apply. 1st Line - IT Support - Helpdesk - Active Directory Premier are acting as an employment agency
