Analyst The Opportunity: Our client are an established team of data-savvy Market Research specialists. They build bespoke platforms that enable their clients to listen to their customers in real-time. They provide customised solutions that capture customer thoughts with ease through a wide range of methodologies. The data is then managed by their team of specialised consultants who present it clearly and concisely in tailored dashboards, giving brands the intelligence to better serve their customers. Based in central London, their team of over 35 professionals are fun, dynamic and above all passionate about research and technology. The Role: As a young, data-focussed business that is experiencing strong growth, you will have the chance to play a pivotal role, working closely alongside a client-facing Senior Consultant, working with real-time customer data. As an Analyst, you will play a key role in the analysis of real-time customer data, and the implementation and design of bespoke solutions to present this data to clients. This is a technical role with lots of opportunity for client-facing time, which will involve using out-of-the-box functionality, alongside JavaScript, HTML, CSS and database design. Responsibilities: * Working alongside a Senior Consultant responsible for analysing live market research data using web technologies and database tools. * Presenting data to clients on bespoke online portals. * Ensuring portals are accurate, up-to-date and excellently designed for client experience. Training & Progression: Training with this client is very hands-on, you'll receive full induction and then continue to work very closely with experts across the business. As you progress, there's scope to gain more and more client-facing opportunities should you wish. Requirements: * Good academics (2:1 degree or above) from a top yniversity * Natural ability to pick up new software quickly. * Analytical thinker, with strong problem solving skills and an absolute passion for data! * Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML Web Services and database design. * Enthusiastic about sharing the things that you've learnt with others. * Not afraid to keep asking questions. Salary: Dependent on experience £25-£40,000 Start date: ASAP Duration: Permanent Location: Central London (Chancery Lane)
